Custom Orders Information

For custom orders, please send us a message using the contact form.

We are only accepting orders in the Kansas City metro area and can ship anywhere in Missouri.

Our process:

A 50% deposit of the total order cost is required when you receive the initial invoice. This deposit will secure your Order Fulfillment Date. If you need to cancel your order, the deposit will be fully refunded if canceled three weeks before the Order Fulfillment Date. The remaining balance will be due at order fulfillment.
A $5.00 rush order fee per dozen applies to orders made two weeks or less before the delivery date.
Pick-up is free and located in Belton, MO
Delivery is available throughout the KC Metro area, with a fee ranging from $5-$15, depending on the location.
Our average price for custom cookies is $50 to $65 per dozen. Prices vary based on the detail and time required for each order, including the number of colors, design complexity, layering, and special products like luster dust or hand-painted designs.
